Countywide Mechanical Systems has been providing “Full Coverage” preventive maintenance to over 20 buildings at the Kearny Mesa campus since 2000.
The scope of work includes quarterly and annual service (but is not limited to)
- condensing split units
- fan coil units
- air handlers
- package heat pumps
- package gas heat pumps
- air handlers
- exhaust fans
- boilers
The maintenance work is scheduled monthly, quarterly, and annually and each technician has their own job duties assigned to stay on task and on budget.
